What's a custom avatar?

Custom avatar is digital, but a photo-realistic representation of a human. These custom avatars can be used to create business videos with ReachOut.AI. You can create a custom avatar of yourself or a team member for example (with the explicit consent of the person). Once your custom avatar is created, it will appear in the **"My Avatars" ** section inside your campaign. Then you can use it in your videos. You simply define the video script you want the person to speak to, set the rest of the video, and generate the video.‍

1. How to clone yourself and upload custom avatar(s) using VIDEO

In the "video personalization" section click on "My avatars" tab.
If you purchased this add on, you will see a link where you can click to upload your avatar.

| Next follow the instructions on the screen carefully. Before you start recording yourself. It's very important to follow each and every point noted.

Keep your selfie video under 60 seconds in less than 30 MBs.
Give your avatar a unique name and click continue.
Once your video starts being uploaded, please be patient and don't close the page.
This process may take a couple of minutes.
Your custom avatar will appear under "My Avatars" tab.

What is a "Credit" and how do credits work? 🤔

A credit is used when ReachOut generates a personalized video (up to 60 seconds) to reach out to a contact. Unlike other personalization services, we don't charge credits for video encoding/delivery, image personalization, email validation, or lead generation. We got quite generous with that credit!

Pre-recorded uploaded videos used as "Elevator Pitch" or "Transitions" are not calculated as credits. Only the audio-visual generations are calculated in the credit counts. For example: If you generated anything up to one minute video, it would be counted as a single credit. However, instead of thinking about the credits spent, consider the responses and ROI these credits will bring you. :)

You can always top up your account with credits at anytime.

Why don't you offer more credits?

|| We wish we could give unlimited credits, but the servers in AI/ML industry are extraordinarily expensive for producing such videos.

What if I create 1 spokesperson with generic audio but then I use the same generated spokesperson to generate 100 custom videos using different background (to show the lead's website as background of the video). Does it count towards 100 credits too?

If I record a 1 minute video for prospecting, and I send the same video for 500 prospects does it count as 1 credit or 500?

How to sync a Gmail / Gsuite account with ReachOut.AI?

Why should you synchronize ReachOut with Gmail?

By setting up SMTP sync with Gmail, ReachOut.AI is going to be able to send emails to your prospects on your behalf at no extra cost.

You can send up to 500 emails per day with Gmail and 2000 emails/day with Gsuite.

Step 0) Enable two-factor authentication (pro only)

If you use a Gmail Pro account (ie you use Gmail but your address is not in “@ gmail.com” but in “@ yourdomain.com”), it is necessary that the administrator of your mailbox activates the double authentication.

Then allow two-factor authentication.

If you are not the administrator, you will have to contact the service that manages this in your company and share this first step of the tutorial with them.

Step 1) Activate 2-Step Verification

Google is full of security features that make SMTP synchronization not very accessible. To make sure that Google allows ReachOut.AI Email Scheduler to use your account, you need to activate the 2-Step Verification.

Emails not sending - General Troubleshooting

| Before diving deeper into the trouble shooting process, please do the following…

Please "Send a test" to yourself to make sure that deliverability works (inside the campaign's scheduler)
Click the "Activate Email Scheduler" button in your campaigns' Email Scheduler settings
Make sure that your campaign is **${color}#0d8c2d **and NOT in ${color}#df6807 or ${color}#e81717 mode.
If you added a new contact, check the email status inside your ** Campaign Analytics **
You have chosen the right schedule (time and days) for your campaign emails to go out.

* You haven't changed your email settings while emails were being sent out.
