Custom avatar is digital, but a photo-realistic representation of a human. These custom avatars can be used to create business videos with ReachOut.AI. You can create a custom avatar of yourself or a team member for example (with the explicit consent of the person). Once your custom avatar is created, it will appear in the "My Avatars" section inside your campaign. Then you can use it in your videos. You simply define the video script you want the person to speak to, set the rest of the video, and generate the video.
In the "video personalization" section click on "My avatars" tab.
If you purchased this add on, you will see a link where you can click to upload your avatar.
Next follow the instructions on the screen carefully. Before you start recording yourself. It's very important to follow each and every point noted.
Keep your selfie video under 60 seconds in less than 30 MBs.
Give your avatar a unique name and click continue.
Once your video starts being uploaded, please be patient and don't close the page.
This process may take a couple of minutes.
Your custom avatar will appear under "My Avatars" tab.
All newly uploaded custom avatars need an extra 5 minutes for the first video generated to be processed,
Go to the settings of your specific Campaign
Go to "Video Personalization" tab
Click "Browse AI Rep Library" (see screeshot below)
Click "Upload image" (see screeshot below)
Follow the instructions and click "Upload Image"
