Verifying Custom Domain - Troubleshooting CNAME Setup Issues

If you're having issues with your custom domain, specifically with verifying your CNAME, here are some steps you can take to ensure that it's set up correctly.

Go to in your web browser.

In the "Lookup" section, select "CNAME Lookup" from the dropdown menu.

Click the "Lookup" button.

Wait for the results to load.

If your CNAME is set up correctly, you should see your custom domain name followed by a CNAME record. The record should point to "".

If the CNAME record is NOT correct or not present, double-check your domain registrar's instructions on how to set up a CNAME record. Make sure that you entered the correct values for the "Host" and "Points To" fields.

Once you've verified that the CNAME record is set up correctly, go back to ReachOut.AI and try verifying your custom domain again.
