I'm using a Mac, and ReachOut.AI doesn't import my CSV
Most of the software in Mac create CSV files with "LF" line breaks. However, ReachOut.AI expects "CR-LF" line breaks (i.e. Microsoft Windows CSV style). This can sometimes cause issues when attempting to import CSV files created on a Mac.
To fix this, please do the following:
Open Google Sheets
Import your CSV
Download CSV
Upload it to ReachOut.AI again
Open the CSV file in a text editor.
Save it using the "Save as MS-DOS Text" option (or a similar option).
This will save the file using "CR-LF" line breaks.
Then use this new file for importing into ReachOut.AI.

**Method #1: (Recommended)**
Open Google Sheets
Import your CSV
Download CSV
Upload it to ReachOut.AI again
**Method #2:**
Open the CSV file in a text editor.
Save it using the "Save as MS-DOS Text" option (or a similar option).
This will save the file using "CR-LF" line breaks.
Then use this new file for importing into ReachOut.AI.
