How to import a real voice/audio MP3 file

Here are the step-by-step instructions for using your own voice/audio file and lip-syncing it with your digital avatar:

Start by logging into your ReachOut.AI account and creating a new campaign.

In the "Video Personalization" step, look for the speakers icon 🔈 below the editor and click on it.

You will see three tabs: *AI Voices, Cloned Voices, and Upload your Voice. Click on the "Upload your Voice" tab.

Click the "Select file" button and choose the MP3 audio file you want to use.

Wait for the file to upload. The upload process may take some time depending on the size of the audio file.

Once the upload is complete, you can preview the audio by clicking on the "Play" button.

Once you are ready, select it and go back to the video personalization screen and proceed as usual.

That's it! You have successfully used your own voice/audio file and lip-synced it with your digital avatar.

Remember, the audio file needs to be in mp3 format and less than 3 minutes long.
