How monthly credit refilling works for Lifetime licenses?
Suppose, there's an account with lifetime access to Reachout.ai and with a quota of 500 credits per month.
Here's a quick example to illustrate how the credits top-up/refilling works.
The system "tops up" the account to 500 every month so, for example, when the top up date comes, the system checks the status of the credits on the account and suppose the balance is 497 credits, the system will give away 3 credits to top it back up to 500. Similarly, if there were only 2 credits left, you'd get 498 credits to make the total 500. So basically, the unused credits are not rolled over to the next month.
If you buy additional credits (on top of the existing quota), the additionally bought credits get used first.
Now that you have that information, you can estimate your usage and time any additional buying accordingly in order to make the most out of each credit in your account. We believe in keeping things transparent and putting our customer's interest first! :-)
