How can add pass my contacts/video to my CRM using 3rd Party Embed Code?
If your contacts don't exist in your CRM, you must pass the necessary data such as contact details, landing page URL, and video thumbnail to your email tool or CRM pass data via Zapier, Pabbly, Webhooks or API.
If not, you need to add them via Zapier/Pabbly/Webhooks or API.
Please try the following:
Grab the embed code, and place it into the Groove Mail campaign.
Use Zapier or Pabbly to create a Trigger "Add New Video"
On the second step, pass the data as an action to Groove
