Endless audio spinning when "Play script"

If you have been experiencing an infinite spinning issue when trying to preview your text-to-speech audio after you click "Play script, that is most likely an indication that the account is over the usage limit by the third-party TTS provider.

If you are using a 3rd Party Integration follow these steps:

To resolve this issue, you will need to add your card or acquire a plan on your TTS audio provider. Alternatively, you can wait until the beginning of the month when you receive more characters, if they offer any.

To add a card or acquire a plan, follow these steps:

Log in to your TTS audio account.
Select a plan that suits your needs and "Subscribe".
Enter your billing information and submit.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused. Our audio generation process is executed asynchronously, and we currently don't show errors/messages from our third-party TTS providers on the front end. However, we will make changes to show these messages to avoid similar issues in the future.
