Email Scheduler - General Troubleshooting

**Emails not sending**



Please make sure the following:

You "Send a test" to yourself to ensure deliverability works (inside the campaign's scheduler)
You clicked the Publish button in your campaigns' Email Scheduler settings
Your campaign is Active and not in Draft.
Check the email status inside the campaign Stats (look at the bottom).
Your scheduled days/times are right and within the timeframe.

**I can't add my SMTP**



Please go to Gmass SMTP to test if your SMTP is correct

If correct, please email us your credentials, including the SMTP server, port, etc. 

If wrong, please contact your SMTP provider for help
