Step 1: Adding Contacts to Your Campaign

Integrate your CRM and software apps with Zapier to quickly add leads and contacts from the source.

Choose Zapier as the integration option for adding your contacts.

You will be prompted to select or add variables for personalization purposes in your video script. Choose only the variables you plan to use.

Note: The data for these fields should be provided by your contact source, such as CRM or any specified tool used as the Zapier trigger.

Step 2: Adding ReachOut.AI to Zapier Apps

Follow the instructions on the screen to add ReachOut.AI to your Zapier apps.

Log in to your Zapier account and click "Accept Invite" to add ReachOut.AI.

Return to ReachOut.AI and click "Create a Zap."

Step 3: Setting Up the Zapier Trigger

In Zapier, the first step is to select the app that will serve as the data source for your campaign's contacts.

Zapier integrates with over 3000 apps. Choose the appropriate app as your trigger.

Step 4: Configuring ReachOut.AI as the Action App

Select ReachOut.AI as the Action app in Zapier.

Choose "Add Leads to Campaign" from the list of Action events.

When prompted, name your connection and enter the API key provided by Reachout AI. You can find the API key in the Integrations tab of ReachOut.AI's campaign editor.

Select the campaign you have just created in ReachOut.AI.

Map the campaign's fields to the corresponding fields in your Zapier trigger.

Turn on your Zap to make it live.

Step 5: Confirming Successful Connection

Congratulations! You have successfully connected Zapier with ReachOut.AI, and your Zap is ready to automatically feed your campaign with contacts.
